The Montecito offers graduated levels of care to meet individual requirements and preferences. In this way we make daily life easier for our residents by offering the necessary level of service and care their needs dictate.

We provide standard programs and lifestyle opportunities to enable each resident to optimize and enjoy his/her daily life.

For carefree living, enjoy these “comforts of home” service included in your monthly fee:

Medication management
Safety and security checks

For a nominal fee, assisted living residents can receive:

Assistance with ambulation
Bathing and dressing assistance

Following the nursing evaluation a $500 processing fee will be assessed. If the applicant should fail to meet the Gardens Assisted Living admission requirements the deposit will be refunded in full. Actual rent begins on the date of admission.

Assisted Living with the Comforts of Home

At The Gardens Assisted Living community you pay for only the services you need. Our monthly rent component includes rent, three meals daily, assistance with medications, activities, scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping and laundry, cable TV hookup and 24-hour monitoring. All utilities except personal telephone are included. The base price of each apartment reflects its size and location in the community.

Well-trained, compassionate staff members, supervised by a licensed nurse, are available 24 hours a day to assist with dressing, bathing and other personal care needs. A thorough nursing assessment, completed prior to admission and revised as needs change, determines the care required to address individual needs. The quantity and frequency of care determines the appropriate care level.

Monitoring of daily medication is of primary importance: we see that medications are taken according to physician instructions. We always encourage socialization and recreation to assure residents maintain an active and alert lifestyle.
